Local participants presenting papers and keynote speakers
Please note that the accommodation for all Sri Lankan participants  (regular and students) presenting papers and keynote speakers will be organized by the National Science Foundation, Sri Lanka.

Other participants
Local participants who are not presenting papers and foreign participants (except keynote speakers) are expected to make their own accomodation arrangements. To make this process easier for you, we have made arrangements for a Conference Accommodation Coordinator to handle the hotel bookings and other internal travel for conference participants. Please make direct contact with the designated person and make your own accommodation arrangements (contact details to be soon available. Please note that the hotel payments will have to be made directly to the hotel by the participant). Kandy is a popular destination for tourists, and December is a prime tourist season in Sri Lanka. Book early to ensure that you get a room and to get the hotel of your choice !

Please note that it is not possible to arrange your accommodation prior to registering for the Conference, so please register for the Conference first.

Please note that the Conference Accommodation Coordinator is arranging a special rate for the conference participants who book through their special website. As such, participants who book their hotel accommodation directly by accessing websites of hotels in Kandy wlll not be entitled to the special rates offered on the Conference Accommodation Coordinator’s website.
